Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized creations unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Custom Orders

Before production begins, we confirm all design details with customers. Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled.
